Brain Pruning: How it supports you when you want to make long lasting changes in your life.

We are well into the month of January, and with the new year, I am excited to continue my education in order to better serve my community, and all souls who are interested in learning about and experiencing how energy healing can help in almost all aspects of life. (Seriously, send me an email, or book a free consultation if you think that energy healing CANT help you.) I’m honored to continue my training with Mandy Morris Co creator of Authentic Living and best selling author of ”8 Secrets to Powerful Manifesting: How to create the reality of your dreams”. At the start of January i started my 16 week dive into her newest course EME Integration (Emotions, Mind and Energy) I’ve never been more inspired to continue learning, to continue growing, and to continue addressing my own triggers and energy to better help anyone else who might be struggling with the same things.
In the first week of the program i learned about brain pruning and how this process can either help to support you, or continue to fuel your limiting beliefs, or any self-identity ideals you have. In the most easy to understand way, Every 90 or so days your brain will do a ’sweep’ of the pathways in your brain, and send energy or support to the pathways that are most constantly used, and naturally remove the pathways not being used as often. If you are constantly supporting the negative pathway in your brain that ”you are not worthy of love” or (if you are like the past me) ”i need to do X, Y and Z in order to reward myself with alone time” then that is what you will continue to believe. But if you are supported in a way that constantly feeds energy to more loving ideals, and the more you continue to stay consistent in a positive way to support the feeling you want to achieve, your brain will also work to support you.
But its not only about chanting mantras and affirmations each morning, afternoon and evening that will change you life. It helps, and eventually will work, i have no doubt about that, but adding the intention of monthly energy healing only will propel your results, and can work to remove the root of WHY you have those negative beliefs. Think of it as rowing in a boat. With just the energy of one person, you slowly will make your way to the destination, but adding in energy healing is like throwing an engine on your boat, and then simply guiding your boat to the destination, with less effort, and stress.
This brings attention to the current members of my emotional self care package and clients who use energy healing each month (group and 1:1 healings) to ignite their positive intentions and goals, or rewiring of new beliefs. It explains why i see so much more progress in their personal goals by staying consistent, and by using energy healing to heal the energy of past traumas and triggers that may come up and limit those pathways that we dont want to feed energy to. Monthly group energy healing, or one on one healings are important for those who want to SEE and FEEL long lasting change. Consistency, like in anything else is the KEY.
If long lasting, and FAST change is what you are commited to, you need to play the ’energy’ game and add it into your monthly routine that supports your goals. Give yourself the upperhand, and create a plan. A goal without a plan has less chances of being met.
